Career Service

Both Duke Kunshan University and Duke actively cooperate to offer career development opportunities for our students. Our job search program is comprehensive and aggressive. We provide a broad spectrum of resources to ensure that our students are highly competitive in the job market, such as:

  • On-campus recruiting, including career fairs, information sessions, and tech talks
  • Career Connections, an online system for researching industries and employers, exploring career opportunities, and job search and application
  • Field trip, ECE students will have the opportunity to visit international companies.
  • Individual and group career coaching, which includes resume and cover letter critique, interviews, career changes, decisions, and explorations, online presence, and networking
  • Special networking events including Career Fairs, Tech Connect, Night with the Industry, and Alumni Networking Events

Internship

Students are required to complete a summer internship in China. Their internship employers encompass most leading industrial companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Bosch, Cisco and Intel.

Job Placements

Graduates of the master’s programs at Duke ECE received an average annual salary of $113, 913 in 2020.
